  • The HGT series high‑elastic coupling is a torsional high‑elastic coupling that effectively compensates for axial, radial, and angular misalignments between adjacent machinery, absorbs vibrations, and reduces the resonance speed, thereby improving the torsional vibration characteristics of the shaft system and extending equipment maintenance intervals and service life.
  • The HGT series high‑elasticity couplings consist primarily of elastic torque‑transmitting elements, diaphragm assemblies, and connecting components. Depending on the structural dimensions and shaft system requirements, the elastic elements are arranged in single‑row or multi‑row configurations, with each row comprising multiple sector‑shaped segments.
  • In multi‑row coupling designs, the sector‑shaped elastic elements are arranged in a staggered pattern, which ensures excellent ventilation and cooling. Moreover, the sector‑block configuration facilitates both installation of the coupling and replacement of the elastic elements.
  • The diaphragm assembly consists of annular components fabricated from multiple high‑quality spring steel plates, arranged at the rear end of the elastic element, and effectively reduces the reaction force associated with axial motion.
  • Installation and maintenance are convenient, allowing the elastic elements to be removed and replaced without moving adjacent machinery.
  • Depending on the operating conditions of the shaft system, a torsional limit device may be selected.
  • It can be specially designed according to the specific coupling method and dimensions of the main and auxiliary machines.
