  • The HGTH series high‑elastic coupling is a torsional high‑elastic coupling that effectively compensates for axial and angular misalignment between adjacent machinery, as well as radial displacement within a certain range. It also absorbs vibrations and reduces the resonance speed, thereby improving the torsional characteristics of the shaft system and extending equipment maintenance intervals and service life.
  • The HGTH series high‑elasticity couplings consist primarily of an elastomer assembly and an aluminum alloy flange body. The outer surface of the elastomer assembly features a splined, insert‑type tooth profile that enables axial “plug‑in” installation and accommodates misalignment.
  • Easy to install, enabling “blind” assembly.
  • Ample ventilation cross-section and patented “active cooling” technology.
  • Suitable for rigid mounting conditions and elastic mounting conditions on a common base.
  • For models without the letter “J” in their designation, the permissible ambient temperature range is −30°C to 85°C; for models with the letter “J,” which feature a reinforced tooth structure, the permissible ambient temperature range is −40°C to 90°C.
  • HGTHWX is suitable for connecting diesel engine output to universal joints with large angular misalignments and can be supplied as a complete universal joint assembly.
  • It can be custom-designed according to the specific coupling method and dimensions of the main and auxiliary machines.

Marine propulsion systems, diesel generator sets, shaft-driven generator sets, pump units, compressors, torque converters, and more.
