HGTQ Series High-Elastic Couplings

HGTQWX is particularly suitable for applications where the output of a diesel engine is connected to a universal joint shaft, such as in the transmission systems of construction machinery, excavators, cranes, and similar equipment.

  • The HGTQ series high‑elasticity coupling is a torsional high‑elasticity coupling that effectively compensates for axial, radial, and angular misalignments between adjacent machinery, absorbs vibrations, and reduces the resonance speed, thereby improving the torsional characteristics of the shaft system and extending equipment maintenance intervals and service life.
  • The HGTQ series high‑elasticity couplings consist primarily of a vibration‑damping ring assembly, an elastomeric disc, and mating hubs for the driving and driven ends. The vibration‑damping ring assembly is integrally molded, featuring a simple structure and easy installation. Both the vibration‑damping ring assembly and the elastomeric disc are equipped with axial ventilation holes to ensure excellent heat dissipation.
  • The basic-type structure is easy to install and maintain, allowing the rubber components to be removed and replaced without moving the adjacent machinery.
  • It may be equipped with a torsional limit device.
  • The HGTQWX is equipped with maintenance-free axial and radial bearings, making it suitable for connecting the diesel engine output to the universal joint shaft.
  • It can be custom-designed according to the specific coupling method and dimensions of the main and auxiliary machines.
